This is a full time in house position located in downtown Jasper.  This position offers a very competitive salary with benefits.  We are looking for someone who is a team player, great communicator, terrific problem solver, very positive attitude, and  excellent computer skills.

Requirements:

You must have at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of Calyx software, and be able to Pre Underwrite the file to achieve minimal conditions from the Underwriter.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Loan Partner on all files to closing
• Look over the file for any red flags before submission
• Pre Underwrite files
• Request any missing items
• Submit the loan to the Underwriter
• Get all remaining conditions form the borrower
• Re submits the file for final approval
• Coordinates closing date with attorney and borrower
